Following her studies in cinema at UQAM, Amélie directed her first short documentary, Train Hopper, which earned the emerging CBC talent award at the RIDM (2019), and then directed La vie heureuse which won the award for best documentary short at the Rendez-Vous Québec Cinéma (2022). Amélie is also the director of the documentary series Chroniques de la vie ordinaire broadcast on the Tv5 platform. In parallel to her artistic practice, Amélie works in advertising and is represented by the company Les enfants.
