Synopsis
Vital, the cynical and lonely postman of a small village, can’t stop himself from reading the postcards that the parishioners send to God. After reading the disturbing missive from Dorothée D’Amour, his old school teacher, Vital is bitterly punished for his indiscretion. Unable to ignore the postcard, he has no other choice than to substitute himself to God.

Caroline Mailloux writes and directs documentaries and fictions. She completed a BA in communications (cinema profile) at UQAM in Montreal. She also worked as an assistant, coordinator and production manager in film, video and television. The screenplay for Dear God… was selected for SODEC’s prestigious screenwriting contest Cours écrire ton court! in 2008.
